Our policies for jewelry that fell off or broke at the jump ring is the first re-weld is free and we will come to you! Anything after will be an additional cost of $10. If the bracelet itself broke and the jump ring did not fail, you will be responsible for the cost of the bracelet/anklet and replacement if you intend on replacing it. We are not responsible for any damage to the chain or connectors once you walk away. The only thing we will be take responsibility for is a broken jump ring that caused the jewelry to fall/break off. We do provide a business card so you are able to get ahold of us for any reason after receiving your permanent jewelry.
